Gift Aid Admission
If you are a UK taxpayer, we would be grateful if you would purchase tickets with a gift aid donation. This allows us to claim gift aid. That means that the government will give our charity an extra 25 pence for every £1 you pay, at no extra cost to you. If you prefer to pay the standard price, however, you are free to do so, but we won’t be able to claim gift aid. You can purchase your gift aid tickets online or on arrival!

There will be limits on the numbers able to be in the museum at any time. You can call on 01382 455196 before coming to visit to check how busy we are.

Access & Facilities
Hot drinks, snacks, and ice cream are available to enjoy in our cafe. We do not serve any hot food.
We have limited parking spaces at the entrance to the museum and there is nearby on-street parking.
Dundee Museum of Transport is wheelchair accessible. Wheelchair users need to disembark directly outside the museum and not in Market Street, due to access issues into Market Mews.
Floor plans of the museum are available in English, French and Spanish.
We aim to make the museum as accessible as possible and eliminate any barriers that visitors may face when planning a visit. Private visits of the museum specially tailored to your needs can be arranged by our Front of House team on 01382 455196.
